Can you hold a place before I apply?
All prospective tenants must follow our leasing procedure. Which includes an application and credit and background checks. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We only collect the first month's rent and security deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Each adult (18+) who intends to reside in the property must submit a separate application. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid online by EFT or credit or debit card, by mail with check or money order, in office with check, money order or cash or through our PayNearMe program. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A request must be made in writing to management. If approved a Pet Screening must be completed. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We must be notified within 30 days before your lease expires that you will not be renewing your lease. -
Are appliances warranted?
In most cases we do not warrant appliances, and they are there solely for the convenience of the tenant. -
Do you have team members who speak languages other than English?
Yes, we have team members who speak Spanish and can assist Spanish-speaking clients.
